That tank is proably big enough for shrimp or snails but definatly not fish. I have a 240 ltr tank and mine isnt that stocked. I will people would stop promoting fish abuse for content.
I like the idea of growing the plants, then adding water. For that small of a tank, I'd only put 2 fish in there. But the concept is really ideal.
