I thought I’d post this up for those who would be interested in seeing some low light footage from the 5D. The entire video has had some color processing done with Levels and Contrast and (poor) color balancing. If anyone wants to see a particular video clip RAW, let me know and I might be able to upload it for you for download.
We traveled to the Monterey Bay Aquarium for our annual visit there. I can’t believe how much bigger the aquarium has become over the years. Glad to see it so busy this Labor Day weekend (considering the economy).

wow if the canon 5d mark2 took this video then i made a big mistake by selling my Panasonic Gf1 with 20mm 1.7 lens! I thought of getting the 5d mark 3 but then this video is not sharp like my gf1, even in HD.
I am a diver and seriously looking into this camera for UW photography. If you have RAW footage I would love to see it and compare the two formats.
Second, how difficult is it to publish RAW to Youtube vice what you have here? I hear that there is a few more hoops you have to go through.
Thanks in advance,
The Meltdownman
Enya, Hope has a place.
