Did you use any subject tracking settings to keep Dolly your pup in focus? I find that my moving subjects are never in focus even if I have AF-C set up. I also use the back button focus.

Thanks for the tip. I have a Canon DSLR and using a Tamron 10–400 lens. Camera set to AI-Servo in Aperture Priority mode but my lens does not self auto focus and many of my pictures of moving airplanes are blurred. I've tried all sorts of shutter speeds but have to adjust the lens manually to try and focus I get poor results. Any advice on what I'm doing wrong that the lens doesn't auto focus on it's own?

What's the best settings in Sony a290 shooting moving motor bikes?
I am expanding my dog hiking service and just picked a canon camera for this very purpose. My cel phone just couldn't get the action scenes when the dogs are playing fetch or swimming or rough housing. All your tips and tricks will certainly help take the best shots I can to share with their human(s) who are at work to pay for me playing with their dogs…. 🙃🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕
