I absolutely love this filter. I bought the 10, very powerful for 10 gal, you can adjust the flow, comes with an intake sponge that also can be used to reduce flow. It's really clear (some filters are opaque or solid not see-through), I felt the plastic was sturdy. The flow adjuster is very logical (transverse line = closed, longitudinal line = open) and the best thing is that the lid "clicks" when you close it, so there is no noise or vibration because it makes like 1 piece with the body of the filter thanks to that click. I am VERY happy with it. A big improvement over Tetra Whisper , PF10, IQ or Aquaclear filters of a similar size.
Terrible design, I’ll stick to Tidal

It clogs and floods. The water over flows the entire box.
Might be OK for a back up filter.

Hi Jay, I enjoyed the video. I still think the Tidal is a far superior filter if you organize it correctly.
The good thing is the intake it's in the middle and water return to the tank in both side of the filter, i think is the only small filter like that, for a 20g tank it's not bad
$31.99 in Amazon, no way. I will stay with my Penguins and Cascades.

Great video! That filter reminds me of the old school whisper filter from the 80's early 90's with the flow control on the intake. Would be a good filter for a 10, 15 and a lightly stocked 20. Thanks for sharing.
