"What goes around comes around" I deeply feel awfully sorry saying this and I wish it was never said which we need to respect women but unlike other or most women Amber Heard is a toxic chemical, someone who use people as stepping stones in her ambitious jealous career. This only destroy families, and in the "Rum Diary" i strongly believe the kiss Amber gave was deliberate and seducing for her own gains which she did achieved but being inconsistent with her attitude she washed everything away. The truth is always revealed and people including Jennifer Kate James, & Kate Moss came up to testify for the truth. Johnny Depp is forgiving and will not want Amber Heard to be de stressed or disturbed by waiving off the entire money. It's only a great heart that can do such acts and Johnny Depp stands tall. Why do women believe they can do whatever they want and think they can let go scotch brite. I wish Amber Heard success in her career and life, may God bless her little baby and may God give her the courage to walk the correct path

EXIF data isn’t rocket science. You don’t have to be IT expert or photographer to know it. Even if AH didn’t know, how come her lawyer team didn’t cross check the EXIF data before submitting the photos as evidence?

He's not an expert, his so called expert credentials were exposed, however that said it is obviously the same photo that was edited with increased colour saturation

It would be good if there was a field which stored the OS that the image was (edited and) saved on be it MacOS, Windows, Android or other. This would prove it was saved (and thus possibly editted) on a device other than the iPhone which would most likely have better editting capabilities. If the app Photos 3.0 was not available on the iPhone at the time of the datetime (unless of course that too was forged) or indeed never released on the iPhone through any means (legally or otherwise) would mean it would have to have been saved on a device other than the iPhone in question (unless the metadata for the make and model were forged!). As always it depends how far one wants to take it by the means in the knowledge and power

The absolute best testimony in the trial for me. Here comes metadata man. Photos went through photo editing programs. The first time photos were brought in, I started screaming and texting out “ call in metadata expert”. Her photos looked to much like stuff I use for my photos minus fake bruises lol. I never believed the photos since day one w/out metadata proof.

I think this shows that if anybody wishes to use either physical injuries and photographic records as evidence.
1. Always get a professional (police or medical persons ) to verify and check and document its a genuine injury.
2. If you photograph an injury also ask two or more reliable friends to photograph an injury, do it in good natural light, take several photos from different angles, make sure the victims face or another provably unique area of the body is in the same photo (eg moles, spots, scars, skin creases or tattoos ) and never ever photoshop or alter the photos….
and keep all photos in a safe backup file with the original date and times checked.
And never show altered photos to friends or professional people or anyone else in recording a complaint.
