Welcome back to Haus of Gruen 💚
For the past 250 days, this aquarium has been quietly changing.
What started as a pile of wood, stone and plants slowly evolved into a living ecosystem filled with fish, shrimp and countless tiny organisms. Through autumn, winter and spring, I documented every stage of its development – from the first hardscape and planting session to the final photograph you see today.
This video isn’t just about building an aquarium.
It’s the story of watching nature slowly take over.
I hope you enjoy the journey.
– Jonas

💬 A little note from us
One of the things we love most about aquariums is that they are never truly finished.
Plants continue to grow.
Tiny organisms appear.
New interactions emerge.
The longer you watch, the more life you discover.
And sometimes the most rewarding part isn’t building an ecosystem…
it’s watching it slowly become one.
Take care of your health, your loved ones, your sanity.
See you next time.
Peace 💚

So beautiful!
You are definitely very detail oriented and are also a true artist at heart. It really shows in the love you put into your creations. I love how you add little sound effect to the aquarium critters 😁

Do your cats by chance mess with you aquariums? Also do they by chance chew on any of your plants?
This video was such a joy to watch and relax to. Thank you for the upload.
This aquarium is probably the best and most beautiful thing I’ve seen. Your home is also so incredibly cozy, it’s a dream.

Very beautiful and natural looking ecosystem you have built. This tank has become my inspiration 😍😍 Should have been for the contest.
Could u pls tell me the exact tank dimensions? The length, width and height of this tank? I really want to recreate this for own home so I can watch this everyday.
Love from India 🇮🇳❤️
When you put water in the tank, even the smallest branch doesn't float in the water, how did you do that? Is it driftwood that was soaked in water in advance? Or use glue?
Класний кубик🐠🐟☘️👍
I really enjoy your videos, especially your tank videos.
What kind of Moss did you use on this tank?
Thanks.
Fish list pls…
Wish I could have you make me one like this
Beautiful tank! How much gallons??
It looks amazing😍
Do you buy these wooden parts for your aquarium ? Or do you collect them in a pond and then clean and soak them ?
Translated by Google😊
Noooo, there's a worms in your aquarium 😫
If Garden of Eden was an apartment, yours would be it. Your soul can be seen in both your apartment and the fishy-tank. Just stunning!

I’ve watched5is twice now because I wanted to show my husband!Been following you guys for a while now and enjoy the relaxed and peaceful content. Keep going! I love it! Also, going to attempt a similar style for my next one! So excited!
I have a problem with creating a hidden space for my aqua tools, buckets, towels, etc.. As well as care for my plants such as soil, unfinished products, extra lights, unused pots etc.. Just wondering if we could see the not so aesthetic side that makes all this possible.
A Movie!! 🤍
